Hi! I am Jessica Lapsia. Originally born and raised in Dubai, moved to the United States over two decades ago. Initially, my passion for numbers led to career in wealth management and corporate finance. Inspired by the birth of my second child, I left my longstanding lucrative career in finance to pursue entrepreneurship and greater creative self-expression.
My entrepreneurial journey started out with building a brick and mortar boutique that impacted thousands of women, empowering them to embrace their unique style. During the pandemic, I felt called to reassess success not just in business but at a personal level. It took me on a self-realization journey. To re-align. I am now a Personal Coach, and love supporting women leaders and entrepreneurs to create a fulfilling life that doesn’t just look good on paper but feels great on the inside.
I enjoy being in nature, adventure sports and deep conversations. Also love being a kid with my littles - running around the house, dance-offs, game nights - the works :) And ofcourse, meeting new people and building meaningful connections! So excited to be here, support and champion women leaders to create lasting success and satisfaction.

I am passionate about women's health and wellness. After retiring as a Registered Dietitian in the "sickcare" industry, to stay at home with a growing family, I decided to join the direct sales industry as a beauty consultant with Mary Kay. After 25 years as a Sales Director, my career has come full circle in my 60's and since 2021 have been coaching women in Nutrition and Lifestyle changes to support perimenopause and menopause. I truly love helping women now in their second act of life live happier, healthier and more beautiful lives. I love being a mentor and a leader of women and am here to serve you in YOUR greatest calling. |
