Grace & Grit Wellness Coaching and Consulting was founded with one purpose in mind — to help individuals and families navigate life’s health challenges with confidence, compassion, and strength.
After more than 30 years as a registered nurse and 15 years as a school nurse, I saw firsthand how many people were struggling to manage their health and balance their lives — especially new mothers, parents of children with chronic health conditions, and adults living with diabetes or high blood pressure. I wanted to offer something more personal than traditional healthcare — a space where clients could slow down, be heard, and take meaningful steps toward lasting wellness.
As a Board-Certified Nurse Coach, I combine my clinical expertise with deep listening and motivational coaching to guide clients toward achievable goals — whether that’s adjusting to motherhood, advocating for a child’s needs in school, or building healthier habits to reduce medication dependence.
