A little about Jennifer:
Jennifer Scott is the founder and CEO of HireEffect™, a client advisory services firm helping founder-led businesses navigate growth through expert bookkeeping, payroll, HR, and recruiting. With over 30 years of experience supporting entrepreneurs, Jennifer bridges operational expertise with people-focused leadership, helping clients make confident decisions backed by data, strategy, and a deeply held belief in doing business the right way.
As a strong advocate of Conscious Capitalism, Jennifer leads with intention, aligning HireEffect’s services to support grounding in a higher purpose, stakeholder orientation, conscious leadership, and conscious culture. Her passion for empowering others to succeed has made her a trusted advisor to small business owners nationwide.
In addition to her professional endeavors, Jennifer is an alumnus of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Program and is deeply involved in community and business organizations. She serves as President of the Board of AlumCorps and has previously held roles as Chair of the Dallas Chapter of Conscious Capitalism and Treasurer of the DFW Chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO).
Originally from Connecticut and now based in Texas, Jennifer is happiest on a boat, spending time with her family.
