WCE Westminster, CO Chapter Local Leader Muriel Lotto of Pivot Marketing
A little about Muriel:
I am a senior marketing executive and growth strategist with a proven track record of driving results through a full-funnel, data-driven approach. I specialize in blending creative storytelling with sharp analytics to solve business challenges and fuel sustainable growth.
Most recently, I served as Chief Growth Officer at Sunward Federal Credit Union. Prior to that, I was CMO at Sightline Payments, where she built the marketing function from the ground up to support a $1B+ business. I also led global marketing at Western Union for 7 years.
Earlier in my career, I held senior roles at Bupa, RSA, Unilever, and Nestlé, and ran my own consulting firm.
I am now a fractional CGO/CMO, helping complex, trust-based businesses grow by making the hardest call in leadership: knowing when to disrupt and when to protect what’s already working.
A French/Italian/British citizen now based in the U.S., I studied Business Management at SKEMA Business School and enjoy tennis and salsa dancing in my spare time.
WCE Westminster, CO Chapter Local Leader Jill Goodwin-Helgerson of Brand Magic
A little about Jill:
Most organizations don't have a marketing problem. They have an alignment problem.
For more than 20 years I've been a brand and marketing strategy leader who finds the gap between what a company says and what its customers and employees actually experience, then closes it. It is the thread through everything I've done.
I didn't plan it that way. Early on, I kept walking into companies that were talented and well intentioned yet quietly pulling in different directions. Sales told one story, the brand told another, and the customer felt the seam. I found I could see those seams fast, name what was really going on, and bring people back around a shared vision. Over time it became a belief: brand strategy is business strategy. When strategy, people, and experience line up, growth follows.
I work through a simple method I call Discover, Align, Activate: understand what is really happening, unite everyone around one vision, and turn it into experiences people trust. Through my practice, Brand Magic, I've applied it as a fractional CMO and brand strategist across healthcare, healthcare adjacent, media tech, and consumer brands.
If your company is doing good work but the story, the strategy, and the experience have drifted apart, that is the problem I love to solve.
