A little about Lakeisha:

I'm the mom to five beautiful girls(one of which is my bonus daughter) and married to the man of my dreams. Im originally from Lafayette, LA and have been in Texas since 2016. My background is in Child and Family Studies, I received my Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette May 2002. I've always loved cooking and learned from some really awesome cooks(my aunts) and was taught the key ingredient in any dish is love. Food is synonymous with Love! I established La Browns Catering in 2015 and kick things into high gear in 2019. In 2018, I was diagnosed with Congestive Heart Failure and by December 2021, my organs started shutting down until I received a life saving device(LVAD). It helps my heart pump blood throughout my body and organs. For the past two years I've been a patient ambassador educating (with Abbott Pharmaceuticals) others on heart failure and my experience. I've been featured in: Woman's World, Newsweek and Essence magazines and done several television and radio interviews.

A little about Krystal:

Hi ladies! My name is Krystal. I’m a proud first-generation Mexican American who served 8 years in the United States Marine Corps and later graduated from the University of Houston–Downtown with a degree in Business Management. My greatest blessing has always been my daughter. After working full-time and attending college during her first five years of life, I made the decision to step away from my role as an Assistant Manager and fully pursue entrepreneurship. I wanted to build income around the life I desired — not miss the moments that matter most. Today, I support small business owners through virtual assistance services such as email management and social media content support. I’m also passionate about financial education, particularly in the world of day trading and investing. I enjoy helping others learn how the markets work and how they can build an additional stream of income with the right knowledge, strategy, and discipline. I believe in growth, ownership, and creating opportunities that align with the life you truly want to live. I’m excited to connect and grow alongside all of you!
