WCE Cypress, Texas Chapter Local Leader Jenet Dove of Jenet Dove Counseling Services, PLLC
A little about Jenet:
Hi, I’m Jenet Dove, and I’m a Licensed Psychotherapist and the owner of Jenet Dove Counseling Services. I’m passionately committed to mental health personally and professionally. In my practice, I support those who are finding themselves in the spiral of perfectionism and burnout, and are ready to find and protect their peace. Personally, I began my own crusade toward finding my peace over 7 years ago and have not looked back since. Therapy has been a huge part of my journey by helping me rewrite my own story of perfectionism and unhealthy views of myself, rebuild my self-worth, and genuinely love the woman staring back at me in the mirror.
I bring this same philosophy into my career as an entrepreneur. I’ve found that valuing my worth and skills, holding healthy boundaries, and supporting other women business owners has brought so much peace and sustainability to my professional life.
Fun Facts:
I was born and raised in Houston, TX.
I am a proud millennial and adore everything about Gen Z.
My daughter Julia is my soul. I am so grateful to be her mommy.
I am a lover of all things food, wine, coffee and dogs!

WCE Cypress, Texas Chapter Local Leader Shyesha Cloud of Mmm'Met Cakes
A little about Shyesha:
Hey Cupcake! I’m Shyesha Cloud, the creative force behind Mmm’Met Cakes, where I turn life’s sweetest moments into custom, mouthwatering desserts. With over 8 years of experience, my cakes are more than just treats—they’re the centerpiece of every celebration, from birthdays to weddings and everything in between. I pour creativity and heart into every cake, ensuring each one is as unique as the celebration it’s made for.
Originally from sunny San Diego, I made my way to Texas, earning a Business Management degree from Texas Southern University. After eleven years as an educator, I decided it was time to pursue my passion full-time, growing Mmm’Met Cakes from a farmers market booth into a festival favorite. As a wife, entrepreneur, and baker, I’ve learned how to balance love, family, and creativity in everything I do. And I’m all about fun and a good time, which shows in every cake I create!
There’s nothing better than seeing the smiles my cakes bring to life’s sweetest moments. Through Mmm’Met Cakes, I’m not just baking; I’m building community and creating memories, one delicious slice at a time.
I’m also a big fan of travel, and just like my adventures, my business journey is far from over. I’m expanding Mmm’Met Cakes into a full celebration hub—where cake, community, and creativity collide. Yep, Metty Made It—and I’m just getting started!
