Meet the Houston, Texas: Memorial/energy corridor Local LeadersWCE's Houston, Texas: Memorial/Energy Corridor Chapter Local Leader Keri Ann Reardon of Makeup by Keri Ann A little about Keri Ann: Hi there! My name is Keri Ann and I am the owner and artist at Makeup by Keri Ann. I have been serving the greater Houston area for 10+ years as an on-location free-lance makeup artist. I have had the honor of being named one of Houston's Top MUAs from 2017-2022.** I provide makeup services "for all of life's special events!" - from weddings, photography sessions, milestone celebrations and personalized makeup lessons. I love passing on tips and techniques I have learned in my many years of working in the cosmetic industry. How can I help you makeup? I believe networking with fellow biz owners is the key to any successful business. I love building relationships with business owners and learning about their passions. Connecting people together is also a gift of mine. All of the networking groups I have attended required a significant commute from home and I am so excited to meet women here in Houston's Energy Corridor and watch their businesses grow and thrive. Personally, I am a skin care and cosmetic junkie - attempting to age gracefully without needles and surgeons. I love all things creative - from painting to knitting to sewing. Working on creative photo shoots is one of my favorite things as a freelance makeup artist. Traveling is also a hobby - from visiting small town USA to ancient places abroad. I am as happy exploring back roads as looking down at the scenery at 30K feet! As much as I love people, the introvert in me, loves nothing more than curling up with a good book - solving the mystery of "who did it" is my fave. I have been married for over 25 years. My greatest accomplishment is being a mom and growing into my new title as "Glammy". |

of Sarah Gassman Photography, LLC
A little a bout Sarah:
Hi, everyone! I am the owner of Sarah Gassman Photography, LLC. I am also a wife and a mom to two awesome kids. Spending time with my family brings me joy and is my top priority. After recovering from a rough first few months as a mother, it became my mission is to support women, especially mothers, in a way that helps create meaningful, lasting memories and reduce stress when possible. As an award-winning, full-service portrait photographer, I help women look and feel their best in front of the camera without worrying about all the details of preparing for a photo session. My niches include maternity, newborn, family, and headshot/branding photo sessions. My goal for each session is to bring a clients’ personality into the photos to help them share their story.
Fun Facts about me: I am a former high school and college math teacher. I like to spend “me time” practicing yoga and also enjoy bird watching (really photographing birds and other wildlife) with my extended family.

WCE's Houston, Texas: Memorial/Energy Corridor Chapter Local Leader Emma Arzate of Detail Cleaning Services:
A little about Emma:
I’m Emma Arzate, the co-founder of Detail Cleaning Services, a business I helped launch in 2009 from a family dream. My journey started in college, where I supported my mother’s entrepreneurial aspirations and discovered my passion for transforming overwhelmed homeowners' lives through our cleaning services.
I’m dedicated to creating meaningful careers within my community. I’ve worked hard to build a company culture that values and nurtures our employees, offering them benefits like health insurance, vacation days, and 401k plans in a supportive work environment.
A pivotal moment in our journey was when my brother, Ino, joined our team after serving in the Army. His impact, combined with my leadership, has helped us earn over 2,500 5-star reviews and countless loyal clients.
Beyond running Detail Cleaning Services, I also help small business owners diversify their marketing strategies to accelerate growth. I’m driven to help shortcut some of the struggles I went through, which took me 13+ years to overcome. When I’m not working, I love reading, traveling, and spending quality time with my family.
