A little about Jan:
Hi everyone! I am Jan Cates, owner of Funnels by Jan - Your local digital marketing specialist. I help business owners identify gaps in their digital marketing, creating a seamless path to attract and convert online visitors and turn them into RAVING FANS.
I specialize in sales pages, websites, and course creation. I also offer audits of your digital marketing.
I am a Baylor University graduate. I am a wife to the best husband. I am a mom to the sweetest daughter.
After a decade in law enforcement and a few years as a SAHM, I decided it was time to get back to work. I was not willing to don the uniform again and found online work to be the answer. (Like most of us, I did not want to sacrifice my family time!) My journey has led me to amazing people, amazing clients and amazing work. I love to talk and would love to chat with you over a cup of coffee!
Fun Facts: I was a competitive gymnast (into my 30’s). I love traveling! I went scuba diving in the Great Barrier Reef in Australia. Most recently I traveled to Turkey, Italy, France and Switzerland with my family.
A little about Barbara: Barbara A. Hayes is in the pre-retirement stage, planning her transition from the corporate world as an Administrative Assistant to becoming the sole business owner of BC Royaltee LLC. In her role, she serves as a Travel Advisor and Women Retreat Leader. Additionally, Barbara is a Texas Realtor and Notary Public. She takes pride in being an example and a role model. Her most cherished roles include being a devoted mother to two beautiful young ladies, a proud Godmother to an exceptional Godson, and a loving wife to a very supportive husband. |

As a wife and mom to two teenage boys, Grayson and Kennedy, I understand the unique challenges that come with balancing family life while trying to find a sense of fulfillment and well-being. Over the past 14 years with Young Living, I’ve dedicated myself to helping tired, exhausted moms find joy and confidence again by embracing small, consistent changes that create lasting impact.
My journey took a pivotal turn a few years ago when I realized I was running on fumes, caught in routines that drained me more than they fulfilled me. Inspired by Atomic Habits, I discovered that my systems were broken and that the key to transformation lay in making small, intentional shifts every day. Seeking to grow even further, I joined the Women Council of Entrepreneurs (WCE) to step out of my comfort zone, connect with like-minded women, and strengthen my skills in leadership and communication.
With a degree in psychology and certification as an Aroma Freedom Technique (AFT) Coach, I specialize in using essential oils to support emotional wellness, clear mental blocks, and reduce toxins in the home. My 14-day reset program empowers moms to reclaim their energy, vitality, and purpose through practical, manageable steps tailored to their unique needs.
My passion is to see every mom thrive—not just survive. I’m here to provide the tools, guidance, and support needed to help women feel strong, capable, and ready to live the life they truly desire, one small step at a time.
